  • Credit may be terminated on accounts that are 60 days overdue
  • All transactions are C.O.D. unless credit has been approved
  • The customer is responsible to verify price upon placement of order
  • Price quotes will be held for two weeks. Price must be reconfirmed after that time.
  • Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge.
  • Special order jobs require a 50% down payment.
  • Special order materials and/or gates cannot be returned.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
  • Manufacturer’s treatment guarantee on post materials applies only to treatment, and does not include warping.
