Prices are subject to change without notice
Credit may be terminated on accounts that are 60 days overdue
All transactions are C.O.D. unless credit has been approved
The customer is responsible to verify price upon placement of order
Price quotes will be held for two weeks. Price must be reconfirmed after that time.
Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge.
Special order jobs require a 50% down payment.
Special order materials and/or gates cannot be returned.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
Manufacturer’s treatment guarantee on post materials applies only to treatment, and does not include warping.
